ITSL Is Live: Native Tokens for the Interchained Network

Interchained is no longer just a chain for ITC.

With the launch of ITSL, the Interchained Token Subsystem Layer, the network now has a native foundation for issuing and managing tokens directly within the Interchained ecosystem.

ITSL is designed to make token creation simpler, safer, and more consistent than traditional smart-contract-heavy systems. Earlier public writing around ITSL described it as a framework for fungible, semi-fungible, and NFT-style assets inside Interchained.

That matters because token systems should not require every builder to reinvent basic asset logic from scratch.

What ITSL Enables

ITSL gives builders a path to create assets on Interchained without leaving the network’s native design philosophy behind.
